Hope you all spent a great day with your dear ol' dad! Celebrations are always so closely linked to great food memories! I for one love going out for Father's day lunch with my dad who is 84 years young! He still walks to shoppo everday and hangs with his mates near market fresh drinking his coffee like he was still back in the village in Greece! When it comes to eating out though... we always go for Asian food! My dad particularly likes Chinese and Vietnamese food so today i took him to Trelek in Victoria St Richmond. We ate Vietnamese Spring rolls and Pho with roast duck. Sizzling XO Prawns and Green tea. Yummo! Afterwards we went to our fave chocolate and coffee shop in East doncaster called Hahndorfs... the best coffee and chocolates in the far east! ha! Hope you all ate good tucker today. This week my year 9 students are decorating their novelty cakes and i will be posting lots of pics so stay posted! Spread the word ... this blog is for all foodies at EDSC.
