I was very fortunate to have scored a french tarlet today for my morning tea that Ms Rupp made with her yr 10 Food Tech class. I heard it was a challenging prac and that year 10's learnt a lot and handled it really well with some amazing results. Home made shortcrust biscuit pastry with a creme patisserie and fruit as well as some with fluffy meringue. Yummo! If you would like the recipe then just ask a member of the Food Technology staff at EDSC!
